THE BLACK MAN'S BURDEN


 

Take up the Black man’s burden.

Take it to the sea.

Take it away,

stay free.

You have to try.

You must not forget it.

This is your bet.

Drive out the oppressor.

Drive out the oppressor.

Don’t sell yourself out to capitalism,

if necessary use radicalism.

Don’t sell yourself to the white man. 

Never, never do it.
